BZO Rapid Screening Test Kits
Benzodiazepine (BZO) drug Screening test kit is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay used to detect the concentration of drug benzodiazepines in human urine samples at a cut-off value of 300 ng/mL. Two types of BZO test kits are available, namely BZO urine test strip and BZO urine test cassette. BZO drug rapid test kit uses selected specific monoclonal antibody to detect elevated levels of drug of abuse chemicals, namely benzodiazepines and its metabolites in human urine specimens with high sensitivity and specificity. Our one-step benzodiazepines test can be used as BZO home-test device, because it is simple to perform, and easy to interpret the testing result.

Principle of BZO Urine Test
BZO screening test strip and cassette are a rapid immunoassay based on the principle of drug competitive binding effect. With our CE marked BZO immunoassay test, an benzodiazepine-positive urine specimen (BZO concentration >300 ng/mL) will not generate a pink line in the test region because drug benzodiazepines and its metabolites take all the binding sites at the test region, which makes other color developing chemical reagents floating away. With a benzodiazepines urine test, if the urine specimen is BZO-negative or the drug BZO concentration is less than the cut-off value above mentioned, color developing reagents will be captured by the pre-coated chemical reagents on the test region, thus a pink line will emerge, indicating a negative result.
